Return Policy for the Video Library and Online Introduction to the CLASS Tool
Online programs that you purchase from the Teachstone store are eligible for return and refund if we receive your request within 5 days of the date of purchase and you have not activated your online product. Once a refund has been issued, you will no longer have access to the online program. If you have activated your online product, then it cannot be returned or refunded. To request a refund, email orders@teachstone.com with your request. Bulk orders of 45 or more accounts are non-refundable. You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of your request.

If your online program includes print materials, you may return your products for a refund if we receive your request within 5 days of the date of purchase and you have not activated your online product. Please email orders@teachstone.com to request your refund. Teachstone will not accept partial returns. If you have activated your online product, then it cannot be returned or refunded. Once a refund has been issued, you will no longer have access to the online program.
For the printed materials in your order, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee ($5 minimum). You are responsible for return shipping costs to us and reshipping fees. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be given for print materials if the product is in mint condition. Teachstone reserves the right to assess the condition of all returned items prior to issuing a refund.
Defective or damaged print materials must be returned within 15 days for replacement. There is no restocking fee and we will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). The refund will be issued upon receipt of print materials. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
