Training Details
The CLASS Group Coaching (MMCI) Transition Training is a comprehensive two-day program designed to upgrade Pre-K CLASS Group Coaching Certifications to an Interaction Essentials Trainer Certification. This enhanced certification gives trainers access to the new Interaction Essentials for Educators and the rights to deliver additional CLASS 2nd Edition trainings. This certification strengthens your organization’s ability to schedule and provide ongoing educator professional development, driving continuous quality improvement around the interactions that matter the most.
Upon completing the training, you'll have 8 weeks to complete the Interaction Essentials Trainer Knowledge Test to become certified. This test validates your adult learning and facilitation skills as well as your CLASS expertise.
All participants are required to sign a training agreement upon completion of the Interaction Essentials Trainer Knowledge Test, as well as annually upon recertification. Once certified, you’ll gain exclusive rights to deliver CLASS trainings in your organization.
Prerequisites: Active or Provisional Pre-K CLASS Group Coaching Certification AND Pre-K or Pre-K–3rd CLASS 2nd Edition Observer Certification.
If you need to transition your observer certification to CLASS 2nd Edition, please complete the one-day Pre-K–3rd CLASS 2nd Edition Observer Transition Training or the CLASS 2nd Edition Overview Self-Paced Online course located in your myTeachstone account under “Learning Hub.”
