Training Details
The Interaction Essentials Trainer Program creates certified trainers who can deliver research-based CLASS training designed to enhance educator-child interactions and deepen CLASS knowledge within their organizations. This program scales capacity for continuous quality improvement by refining facilitation skills and enabling the delivery of comprehensive trainings that focus on the interactions that matter the most for children’s learning and development.
Upon completing the training, you'll have 8 weeks to complete the Trainer Knowledge Test to become certified. This test validates your adult learning and facilitation skills, as well as your CLASS expertise. Once certified, you’ll gain the rights to deliver CLASS trainings in your organization
All participants are required to sign a training agreement upon passing the Interaction Essentials Trainer Knowledge Test, and annually upon recertification.
Age Levels: Infant-Toddler, Pre-K
Prerequisites: Active CLASS 2nd Edition Observer Certification for Infant-Toddler or Pre-K-3rd.

Teachstone prides itself on participant success. Success in our virtual training is dependent on your attendance and active engagement throughout the training. As such, participants are asked to be on-time each day of the training, and engage in whole group and small group discussions and activities.
