Description: CLASS 2nd Edition Observation Training is a training that is facilitated online by a CLASS specialist. Over the course of the training, participants will engage with their trainer and peers through interactive learning opportunities designed to support understanding of how to effectively observe and score teacher-student interactions. To extend learning, participants will complete embedded, independent online coursework that offers automated feedback. After completion of the training, participants will have eight weeks to complete and pass the reliability test to become a certified CLASS observer.

Scale CLASS Implementation
CLASS Train-the-Trainer Affiliate program is designed to support individuals who can scale CLASS implementation by creating shared foundational knowledge and training observers. The affiliate programs are designed to support specific age levels of CLASS: infant, toddler, pre-K, and K-3.
Become a Certified CLASS Affiliate Trainer
Certified CLASS Affiliates Trainers expand the impact of CLASS across an organization. By delivering introductory courses and observation trainings, affiliates play a critical role in building and sustaining a CLASS implementation.
Description: CLASS Group Coaching, a year-long coaching and teacher professional development program, is designed to help organizations expand and build on CLASS knowledge through community learning.
To become a Certified CLASS Group Coach, coaches need to:
- Maintain their CLASS Observer certification
- Complete a three-day, facilitated CLASS Group Coaching training
- Submit videos delivering CLASS Group Coaching sessions to educators within their program and meet quality standards
