Training Details
A coach training and teacher development program designed to build CLASS® proficiency. For organizations seeking to expand their quality improvement efforts, this program trains instructional coaches in the CLASS® Group Coaching model and prepares them to deliver this program to teachers. Proven to positively impact teacher-child interactions, CLASS® Group Coaching is a great solution for organizations looking to scale CLASS® knowledge through professional learning communities.

Age Levels: Infant-Toddler, Pre-K
Prerequisites: Coach participant must have a current CLASS Observer Certification for Infant-Toddler or Pre-K.
What's Included
MMCI CLASS Training participants will receive:
- Materials for coach participants, including coach participant guide, flash drive with teacher facing session Powerpoints, technology resources and access to the myTeachstone* platform (Coaching Village and Teacher Course)
- Copies of teacher participant materials for reference
- Teachstone support, which includes 3 phases:
- Individual coach video review by Teachstone personnel (three reviews)
- One-on-one conferencing with instructors (three sessions)
- Instructor Certification
- Instructors will have provisional certification during the support year. They will receive full certification upon successful completion of all support components, including facilitation of CLASS Group Coaching with one (1) cohort and effective demonstration of coaching competencies across varied sections of the materials.
- Teachstone will provide sustained, ongoing support to the instructors throughout the program year.

Teachstone prides itself on participant success. Success in our virtual training is dependent on your attendance and active engagement throughout the training. As such, participants are asked to be on-time each day of the training, and engage in whole group and small group discussions and activities.
